My name is Sarah Hughes and I am a junior in high school. My whole life I have been interested in what I put into my body, how I treat my body, and how my mind affects these processes. My life goal is to have a career in fitness and nutrition by working in a field called “exercise physiology”. I am excited to share my findings and experiences with you!
